Kite flyers (Textured print)

A rural scene animated by children engaged in the simple pleasure of flying kites across an expansive landscape. The composition arranges figures against a horizon of modest dwellings and trees, whilst a meadow of wildflowers anchors the foreground. The artist applies bold colour and textured brushwork to create visual energy, drawing the viewer into a moment of unhurried joy and childhood freedom. Portchie’s textured canvas print captures the essence of his practice—transforming everyday scenes into intimate life experiences that radiate warmth and connection.
