Flippen dog

A stylised canine figure rendered in continuous red steel line, captured mid-leap or cartwheel against negative space. The sculpture employs minimalist linear form to suggest movement and playfulness, with the animal’s distinctive profile—pointed ears, curved back, splayed limbs—economically suggested through intersecting arcs and angles. The work’s buoyant composition and energetic pose convey lighthearted humour. Kuijers’ background in graphic design and illustration informs his approach to three-dimensional form.
