c The Enigma of the Philosopher u/f

A solitary seated figure, rendered in deep blue tones, occupies the centre of the composition in a contemplative pose. The work employs bold, assured brushwork and a restrained palette that emphasises form through tonal modulation rather than detail. The figure’s introspective gesture and the minimalist treatment of space create an atmosphere of philosophical quietude. Templeton’s characteristic palette knife application and crisp colour handling are evident throughout this contemporary work in acrylic.
