A composition of musical instruments—violins, horns and other stringed forms—intertwine across a vivid red ground, their yellow and ochre bodies rendered with exuberant distortion. Black outlines articulate the figures with urgent expressivity, whilst the thick application of paint creates a tactile surface alive with movement and rhythm. The work radiates warmth and playful energy through its bold colour relationships.
