Lowveld trees

A solitary acacia tree dominates the composition, its distinctive flat-topped canopy rendered in warm earth tones against a luminous sky suffused with golden and pink light. The surrounding landscape—dry grassland under shifting clouds—is treated with loose, expressive brushwork that captures the quality of light at dusk or dawn.
